RIDDLE ME A RIDDLE!  Part 2

1.   If you went to bed at 8:00pm and set your grandmother's old clock
to get up at 9:00am, how many hours sleep would you get?

2.  Do they have a Fourth of July in England?

3. How many birthdays does the average man have?

4. Why can't a man living in Winston-Salem, North Carolina
be buried west of the Mississippi River?

5. If you had only one match and entered a room where there was
an oil lamp, an oil heater and a gas heater, which would you light first?

6. Some months have thirty days, some thirty-one days;
how many have twenty-eight days?

7. If a doctor gave you three pills and told you to take one
every half hour, how long would they last?

8. A man builds a square houst; each side has a southern
exposure; he looks out of a window and sees a bear. What

ANSWERS

1. Your grandmother's old clock is an analog clock - so you would only sleep
1 hours because analog clocks don't have am & pm.

2. Yes - the calendar everywhere has a date of July 4th.

3. Every man only has one birth-day

4. No - the keyword being LIVING, so no you can't bury him anywhere.

5. You would first light - the match.

6. Every month has 28 days

7. One hour (example - you take the first one at 10am, the second
at 10:30am and the third at 11:00am)

8. The bear is white because to have all southern exposures
you are at the North Pole.
