JANUARY
Meet & Greet TESSA . . .
who was a new visitor at our 2008 Christmas Stepper's Set.  She takes stepping lessons at the Center.  The only problem she mentioned is that the parking lot could be a little bigger.   But other than that she's very happy with the Atlas Center.
Meet & Greet LUCINDA . . .
She has been coming to the Atlas Center for 6 years and is 76 years old.  She takes the Spanish classes and she enjoys short story writing.  She spends 3 days a week working out in the gym and thinks the trips are GREAT!

FEBRUARY
MEET & GREET ORA . . .
According to Ora, "I like everything about the Atlas Center, the staff, the other seniors, the classes and parties. The staff here is just great!"

MEET & GREET . . .
66 year old Michael has been on the Steppers Set Committee at the Atlas Center for the last 5 years.  He says the center is a wonderful place to come and enjoy yourself.  Michael loves to dance and play cards.  He went to DuSable High School & Northwestern University and is an avid sportsman.  Michael also retired from the VA after 25 years of service.

MARCH
MEET & EVELYN . . .
Evelyn is 68 years old and the Chairperson of the Atlas Center Steppers Set Committee.  She has been visiting the Atlas Center for 6 years joining in the Art Classes.  She became a featured artist and has had 2 solo art shows.  She is on the Mayor's Advisory Board for Seniors, downtown in Chicago. We can thank Evelyn for decorating the Center and the Gift Shop.

MEET & GREET BERTRAM . . .
69 year old Bertram is also a member of the Steppers Set Committee and has been at the Center for 5 years.  He is a DuSable '59 graduate, has a BA from North Eastern University and a Masters from Northern Illinois.  He's a frat brother with Kappa Alpha Psi.  In 1965 Bertram retired after, 21 years with CTA, working as an EEO Contract Compliance Coordinator.
