Edward W. Robbins Jr., know professionally as Rockie Robbins hailed from Minnesota and recorded on A & M Records and later MCA. He was active as a recording artist from 1979-1985. Rockie came along when the era of real singers was nearing its end. Disco was dying, rap was still considered a passing fad, hip hop music and culture was starting to creep into suburbia. The winds of change were blowing. Enjoy!
